Who We Are

Vergara Construction is named for founder, owner and project manager Luis E. Vergara. Luis founded Vergara Construction in 2003 in Sacramento, California to specialize in concrete services. His decision to focus on concreting followed several years in construction subcontracting and as a licensed General Contractor. Luis had experience in a partnership doing residential, commercial and state government construction, as well as an AA degree in business administration. His vision to combine these elements has led to a phenomenally successful local concrete company.

Vergara Construction incorporated in 2005 and has exceeded its revenue goals every year by providing true value – guaranteed low prices plus high quality (attention to detail, state-of-the-art equipment and methods and the famous concrete4less guarantee).

We take great pride in our workmanship. Luis Vergara personally supervises every project – from a one-day sidewalk repair to a decorative pool deck to a commercial parking lot slab.
